SHIPPING
- Items are ready to be shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Delivery date will vary depending on your shipping address.
- All orders are shipped and tracked with the specified shipping method selected by customer at check out.
RETURN POLICY
- Please email hello@brianpaquetteinteriors.com within 48 hours of receiving your order for return authorization and instructions.
- Items need to be returned within 7 days of the return authorization date.
- DO NOT ship items prior to getting return authorization.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Items must be shipped back in original packaging and in the condition they were shipped in.
- A store credit will be issued once the items are received and confirmed to be in their original condition.
DAMAGE
- If you receive an item in less than perfect condition, please notify us by emailing Hello@brianpaquetteinteiors.com. Please provide images and a detailed description of the issue.
- Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Given the limited quantities of many of our products, a replacement may not always be possible. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
- DO NOT return damaged items prior to getting approval.
